Looking for Microsoft CRM 'How To' video demonstrations.....

For those who have not already discovered the world of 'You Tube' - then it's time you did.  Not only are there some very interesting video clips uploaded by wannabe stars looking for their two minutes of fame, but it has also become a platform for communicating business thoughts, ideas, and know-how.

There are a number of Microsoft CRM video demonstrations that have been uploaded, so if you are trying to work out how 'mail Merge' works, or how to setup the Outlook Client connecting to CRM Hosted in the cloud, then look no further.....

Thinking of extending Microsoft CRM - maybe as an ISV - this is a must read...

Fellow MVP Dave Yack has written a superb whitepaper to help gain an understanding of building on top of the Microsoft CRM platform.

In his paper he focuses on key features of the platform that will allow ISVs to quickly build, deploy and manage an application built using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 platform.

He has divided this paper into the following key logical areas:
- Architecture Essentials
- Deployment Essentials
- Operations Essentials

The whitepaper is available here:
