CRM Online coming to Australia – finally……

Last week at the annual Worldwide Partner Conference Microsoft revealed the official name of the next release of Dynamics CRM; following the footsteps of the other Dynamics products, CRM will contain the ‘Year’ as part of the product release name, being “CRM 2011”.

The theme for CRM 2011 will be the ‘Power of Productivity” delivered through familiar, intelligent and connected experiences for people inside and outside an organisation.

Microsoft also confirmed that their own branded version of hosted CRM (known as CRMONLINE) will also be available later on this year – along with a host of new features – read the full announcement.

For those keen to get their hands dirty and have a play with the new version, Microsoft have for the first time announced a public beta availability of CRM 2011, scheduled to be available in September 2010.  Register here if you are interested.
